A M A X Cuvée

 

A homage to our homeland Austria. Our A M A X Cuvée stands for genuine regionality. In an interplay of traditional wine knowledge and modern technologies, our red wine is made from purely Austrian grape varieties. Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Zweigelt blend to create the characteristic aroma of our Cuvée, which presents itself to the eye of the connoisseur in a dark ruby garnet, while it caresses the nose with a bouquet of herbal spices, wild berry jam, ripe cherries and subtle nuances of precious wood. On the palate, the A M A X Cuvée tastes both juicy and red-berried and is structured by present tannins.

First mentioned in official records in 1719, the Gesellmann winery has been demonstrating its skill and ability in the production of high-quality wines for many generations. The Gesellmann family's vineyards cover an area of 50 hectares in the middle of Burgenland, where the conditions for viticulture are optimal. Producing organically since 2015, the winery accompanies grapes on their way into the bottle with careful manual labour and in harmony with nature. Quality is Gesellmann's top priority in order to delight wine lovers all over the world with finesse-rich drops.
